Ni malam ke-5. Biji mata aku dah pedih dah ni. Its already 440am. Dah 2,3 kali aku switched on & off this computer & still cant sleep. Stuffed myself with some milk, cheese, some other filling food. Still tak boleh tido. Hubby helped by having soothing instrumental songs on his mp3 speaker but he fell asleep first. Tension guee!!!
Lama dah aku takde issue takleh tido cam gini. Yes, I have a lot on my plate. Slalunya no matter how stressed I am, mesti boleh tido dgn nyenyaknye sebab katil & bantal tu best plus tido is one of the best resolutions for everything... at least for me :P Aku rasa aku takleh tido ni mesti pasal minum teh kat rumah TTM tadi. Ye la afta 4 days in a row aku tak amik caffeine, tetiba terminum secawan.. tinnngg! Segar la jadinya kot. Tak perasan tadi, I love teaaa.. huhuhu... 5 malam la ni yg aku takleh tido. Aaaaiii.. benci betul, sia-sia waktu pagi aku yg sepatutnya indah itu.
I have a few tablets in my drawer to help me sleep, but didnt take any by midnight tadi even tho rasa segar. If I took any of them now abis la sampai malam nanti agaknya aku tido.Where did I get them from? Of course legally thru GP. Ni dapat masa zaman depression dulu, time tu susah sangat nak tido & had to take some meds for it. Good thing about this particular one is it only helps if u take it 3 days in a row, then dah takde kesan. Takde hangover, takde addiction. Kena ada cooling period before restarting again. So it helps people to recover from insomnia rather than relying on the drug. Dah dekat 2 tahun aku tak guna coz I found that since aku kembali ke metropolitan life hidup slowly getting better & aku pun slowly saying goodbye to insomnia.
Benci betul. Nanti tetiba dah kena start kerja again on Friday, while my days off sia-sia je cam gini by being a zombie.
I think most people tau what insomnia is, the symptoms and how to manage insomnia. Google has the answer.. yo! (Pemalas eh I ni, sumer harapkan pakcik Google or makcik Yahoo! or apa2 lagi search engine.. heheheh.. dunia di hujung jari jemari anda..)
Sleep is one of the luxuries in life, aku rasa sangat terseksa takleh tido ni...
Agak-agak pukul brapa aku tido nanti ni.. and pukul brapa agaknye aku akan bangun nanti....

cuba minum susu panas, dikatakan sesuai tuk sesapa tak boleh tidur.. selain tu cuba kira berapa ekor kambing bebiri di new zealand, harap membantu. :) hahahaha
knana kalau tak boleh tido just imagine ada byk belon kalerful kat langit..pastu kira ada berapa merah berapa kuning berapa hijau berapa biru..

chibi, berbotol2 dah susu i minum hari tu. still tak lelap2 gak. seb baik mlm tadi i amik antihistamine, so lelap la gak around 2am tu. tapi malangnye mlm ni kena stay up coz esok malam kerja :(

lady, i terasa cam gemuk dah sejak takleh tido ni. melantak je kerja, kasi perut kenyang hopefully boleh tido. tapi tak berjaya. mlm tadi je improve sket.
oh ye, chondroitin tu mostly derived from haiwan punya cartilage mostly porcine/ bovine. tu la pasal cepat je baik. sebar2kan kat m'sia ye coz i kno yg imported punya brand tak halal.
