It was a short teaching. Topic aku simple je.. only 1 condition: Pulmonary Embolism (PE). Considering muka aku ni yg slalu lambat aku sampai on time yesterday a.m. Tapi sampai-sampai je masa tgh printing my teaching material for the kids, tetiba boss aku si crook tu suruh aku cancel coz ramai sgt patients been waiting ada yg dah mencecah 6++hrs. Mesti la aku tak nak. Penat2 aku bertungkus-lumus siapkan power point, senang2 je nak cancel ye. Geram aku. Seb baik aku insist nak gak buat teaching. Tak adil for the junior docs la kan nak cancel semata-mata patients tunggu lama. Bukan salah diorang if patients tunggu lama (dont get me started on salah sapa), patients will never stop.. hence doctors yg kena pandai2 make time for their own sanity. Its every doctor's right to get a paid teaching time setiap minggu. Hak setiap doctor tu. Kesian diorang kalau dah ripped off their professional development rights. Kang kalau komplen docs zaman skang bodo, sapa yg nak jawab?
Aku buat jugak, but took me only 1/2hour je. 1 medical condition je, & aku nyer focus was approach to PE in ED. Sesuai utk the juniors. Senang hati si crook tu, & dia mintak maap kat aku later on coz perangai buruk dia b4 my teaching tu. Hehehe.
Oh ye, aku sampai skang tak tau sapa bubuh poster pasal teaching yesterday. Masa aku baru start night shift last week, ada resident kasitau aku the poster yg ditampal di doctors ed common room. Errk!! Aku punye la nak rahsiakan topic aku coz aku tak nak the kids tanya byk2 since aku mengajo pon right after my night shifts so memang kelam kabut la nak siapkan materials. Now the whole department dah tau aku ngajo pagi semalam. Terpaksa la aku bertungkus lumus. Seb baik la soalan yg diorang ni tanya tak mencabar sangat.
Doctors common room aisle. Tengok fon pon dah tau buruks. Ni hospital sangat lama even though its in metropolitan Victoria. hehehe.

Setiap registrar diwajibkan ngajo the kids setiap pagi Rabu, taking turns every 5 weeks. Tapi tu la, 
tenat gak nak prepare power point sebab abis kerja malam pagi Isnin then teaching pagi Rabu. Aku yg tua ni memang berkurun la nak recover frm night shift Aku nyer turn kalau ikutkan lepas ni ialah in 5 wks time. But I wont be teaching again until end of Dec.. in 10 weeks time.. YAY!! Hahaha. Dah tak kuasa, dont care about the hospital anymore, I'm soooo burnt out.. I need a break!Btw, ni gambar2 of the food of our breakie with the night shift doctors team on Monday a.m. Nama tempat tu ialah Snow Pony on White Horse Rd in Balwyn. Aku amik gambar makanan je la.
Makanan2 dia sebiji cam kat Porgie+ Mr Jones in Hawthorn, cuma nama dish je tukar. The waiters & waitresses pon very friendly, plus the indie decor pun give me the taste of Porgie+ Mr Jones. Mebbie ni franchise/ cawangan dia kot. I like! But Porgie+ Mr Jones is more accessible to me via Monash Freeway, while Snow Pony is accessible to the hospital via White Horse Rd, so kalau dari rumah aku teringin nak makan these kinda food, better gi Porgie+ Mr Jones lah.
Ni aku nyer food: scrambled eggs with mashed avocado & toast. Atas tu gambar my friend, & of course my capucino. Still aku ngantuk gak seharian lepas night shift tu.
Ni member aku nyer 'Giddy Up': ada tomato, poached eggs, mushrooms, mashed avocado, grilled tomatoes, toast, bacon.. the lot!
Another friend's food: sweet banana bread with pistachio, jam, etc. Yum!
Anyways, mlm tadi aku tido awal lepas Maghrib lagi. Penat sangat. Then aku terjaga kol 1++am & takleh tido. So I've been awake, now dah dekat kol 6am. I start at 8am jap lagi. Harap2 malam karang aku tak gol lepas balik kerja lah. Ada big chance aku akan tido awal lagi malam ni.
